On 7 January, insightsoftware, a global provider of enterprise software solutions for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, announced that it had acquired Certent, which provides software-as-a-service solutions for financial disclosure management and equity management. Certent is a provider of XBRL Certified Software™, with its Certent CDM certified as by us as Report Creation Software, producing validated XBRL reports.
