Bank of England Updates on XBRL Migration
In a recent Statistical Notice (2024/04) the Bank of England provided important updates regarding Form IPA UAT Testing and XBRL Migration.
Following the announcement in Statistical Notice 2023/12 regarding the delayed migration of Form IPA to XBRL, the Bank has scheduled a final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) window. From 12 February to 8 March 2024, inclusive, reporters will have the last opportunity to submit Form IPA in the BEEDS UAT environment.
The migration to the new Form IPA, expected to commence in the coming spring, marks the final UAT window before the new collection template goes live. All Form IPA reporters will have their relevant accounts and returns created automatically, eliminating the need to request access.
