ESA’s release DORA dry run materials

Posted on June 9, 2024 by Editor

At the end of May, the European Supervisory Authorities – EBA, EIOPA, and ESMA – published templates, technical documents, and tools for a voluntary dry-run exercise to support the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

These materials are an important way to support financial institutions in preparing for enhanced cyber security measures under the upcoming DORA requirements.

Financial institutions will be able to use these resources to help prepare them to report ICT TPP information, with submissions between 1 July and 30 August 2024. A virtual workshop on 10 June will further help participants put DORA into action. There remains some confusion about the use of the term “Plain CSV” in the text — we understand this means “xBRL-CSV”, that benefits from machine-readable definitions in the accompanying taxonomy.

Go to the press release for more information and to find out how to participate.
