Latest updates to EDGAR Filer Manual
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has adopted an updated version of the EDGAR Filer Manual. This provides guidance on submissions to the SEC via the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system, including many in XBRL. The latest amendments, to Volume II of the manual, reflect changes made in EDGAR Releases 22.2.1, 22.2.2, and 22.3, in turn reflecting the SEC’s latest reporting requirements and taxonomy upgrades.
