Progress continues on Basel III adoption, as detailed report shows

The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision has released its latest progress report on the adoption of Basel III standards, as of end-September 2021. It finds that implementation of Basel III, the internationally agreed regulatory framework for banks, has continued despite the disruptions resulting from Covid-19 and the required shift in regulatory and supervisory priorities.
